Aug 5, 2026 Would Recommend: Yes Felt Heard: Yes Helped w/ Goals: Yes I’ve had a really positive experience working with Rachel. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and creates a space where I never feel judged. At the same time, she isn’t afraid to challenge me in ways that have helped me grow. She remembers details from previous sessions, asks thoughtful questions, and gives practical tools I can actually use outside of therapy. I leave each session feeling understood and with a clearer perspective. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who’s both professional and empathetic, as well as compassionate and insightful.
