I rely on reviews myself, which is exactly how I found Garrett. I’ve had a great experience! Garrett is attentive. He asks important questions. Gives different perspectives and validates. The only thing I would complain about if anything, I just wish we had more time because I have so much to talk about lol. He’s been great truly. I’m glad he took the time to get to know the situation. We both felt heard and we both came out relieved about things. I’m happy to have found someone who uses EFT, it was really important for me to find someone who does this. Thank you Garrett.

My wife and I are incredibly grateful for the guidance and support we received through marriage counseling. We came in during a very difficult time in our relationship and truly felt heard, respected, and understood every step of the way. Garret created a safe environment where we could communicate openly, work through tough emotions, and start rebuilding trust and connection. What stood out most was the balance of honesty, compassion, and practical advice. We never felt judged, and every session gave us tools we could actually use in our daily lives. Thanks to this experience, we are communicating better, understanding each other more deeply, and moving forward with hope

We went to Garrett as our relationship needed a tune up or slight reset. The reviews which drew us to him were spot on. He was very relatable and took a rather simple approach, encouraging us to recall the person we were drawn to in the beginning and recognizing whether or not most of that image still existed. Understanding the manner in which we present the issues to our partner could determine how they react or respond to us- positively or negatively. We’ve both been practicing the sandwich technique and it has been working. Garrett also encouraged us to find small ways to connect. Resume having a regular date night, take a walk or hike and find individual sources of inspiration that fills your tank. These all help to keep you in balance. Most importantly, choose your battles and don’t sweat the small stuff. We’re a work in progress, but definitely on the right path. Thank you Garrett for your guidance in understanding what was important.

Garret is clearly a capable, thoughtful person who’s easy to speak to honestly about difficult topics. He helped open up important conversations while also providing genuinely helpful insight and guidance for our situation. We’ve only had one session so far, but you can tell right away that he has a ton of experience and approaches things with both professionalism and care.

My husband and I contacted Garrett when we were in an incredibly low point in our relationship. From the first consultation with him, I sincerely felt like there was hope! Garrett is so gifted with his ability to truly tune into a couple and sense the dynamics that are creating problems. My husband and I completely embraced his advice and suggestions and felt nearly immediate relief. We continue, and will continue to visit with Garrett so that we can continue our journey back to “us”! We are both so grateful for his insight and support. I highly recommend just speaking with this man 2 times before ever giving up! He is incredibly unbiased and doesn’t assign blame.

We’re incredibly grateful for the guidance and support we received. Garrett created a calm, respectful space where both of us felt heard and understood. He was direct when needed, but always fair and thoughtful. The sessions were practical and focused, giving us real tools to communicate better and work through conflict more productively. We’ve seen meaningful improvement in how we relate to each other and handle difficult conversations. Highly recommend to any couple willing to put in the work.

Sending this from an anonymized email because my wife and I don't want for our names to be disclosed, but it's important to me that we make known how helpful our work with Garrett was. We started working with Garrett a few months ago as we initially had difficulty communicating differing opinions & found ourselves avoiding those conversations to reduce conflict. That very naturally caused us to feel that our conversations were surface-level, and over time we began to feel some resentment. Within only a few sessions, Garrett taught us appropriate strategies for communicating, guiding us to speak with empathy and how to effectively share our own individual feelings. Since, things have been fantastic. We continue to check in routinely with Garrett (even when things are good) to continue working on our communication, and have found him to be a fantastic resource. He continues to listen actively, and goes above and beyond to understand us as a couple, as individuals, and the drivers behind our issues. We would happily recommend Garrett's practice to anyone looking to work on their marriages.
