My experience with this therapist was disappointing as I felt my concerns were not fully heard or understood. Communication often felt rushed and impersonal, which made it difficult to feel comfortable during sessions. I ultimately left feeling that the therapy was not a good fit for my needs.

I had a disappointing experience with Caitlin Bergh as a therapist. I found her to be difficult to connect with and not particularly personable which made it challenging for me to feel comfortable and understood during sessions.More importantly, I felt that the diagnosis I received was inaccurate and that my concerns were not adequately understood or addressed. I believe it is especially important for a therapist to listen carefully, consider different possibilities, and make clients feel heard rather than quickly settling on an explanation that may not fit their experience.
